These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of AutismX, provided by MIGXGROUP PTY LTD (ABN 88 701 041 358), trading as AutismX (we, us, our). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, carer, or guardian to register an account. AutismX is not designed for use by children, and accounts must not be created or used by anyone under 18.

AutismX is a peer support and information platform. It is not a clinical service, and nothing on AutismX, including Resources content, Community posts, or AI-generated content, is medical, legal, or professional advice. You should always check with a qualified provider, such as your GP, paediatrician, or therapist, about decisions affecting your child. AutismX does not verify the qualifications, advice, or claims of other users, and we are not responsible for information shared by other members of the Community.

AutismX uses AI-enabled features, including journal story generation and automated content moderation. Outputs from these features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using your own judgment before relying on any AI-generated content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

When using AutismX, including Community, Journal, and messaging features, you must not:

• Post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, or that discloses private information about another person without their consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or your child's circumstances.
• Use the Platform to groom, exploit, or seek to contact children, or to solicit or share content that endangers child safety.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.

We use automated and human moderation to review content and messages for safety concerns, including crisis language, abuse disclosure, and grooming behaviour, and we may remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Posts you make in Community, including the title and a preview of the content, may be visible to visitors who are not signed in to AutismX, not only to registered members. Full discussions, replies, and comments are only visible to signed-in members. Separately, when you post you can choose to post anonymously, which hides your display name from that specific post regardless of who can see it. Anonymous posting does not guarantee complete anonymity, since content and account activity remain subject to our moderation systems, and we may still identify the account behind a post where necessary for safety reasons, such as responding to a credible risk of harm. Do not include identifying details about yourself or your child in a post if you do not want that information seen by people outside AutismX, even if you post anonymously.

You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant us a licence to display, store, and moderate that content as part of operating the Platform.

Private messages between users are provided for peer support and are moderated by automated AI systems rather than reviewed by a human in real time. While this moderation is designed to catch safety concerns, it can occasionally miss content or behave unexpectedly. Use the Block and Report tools if you experience harassment or unsafe behaviour rather than relying solely on automated detection.

Paid features, subscriptions, or other charges may be introduced in future at our discretion. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any feature you already have access to begins requiring payment, and available and paid features will be clearly distinguished before you are asked to pay. Continuing to use a feature that becomes paid after such notice, or signing up for a paid feature, constitutes your agreement to the pricing and billing terms disclosed at that time. When payment is introduced, separate pricing and billing terms — including cancellation, what happens to account access and content on cancellation or failed payment, and our refund approach — will be published and incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current and for charges incurred through your account.

AutismX is under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, your use of AutismX is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on Resources content, Community posts, AI-generated content, or the actions of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or where continued access poses a safety risk to you, your child, or others on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
